Refund Policy

Try before you buy. Live to Earn has a Free plan with the core features fully working. We strongly recommend testing the app with your TikTok Live and your game on the Free plan before purchasing — that way you know exactly what you're getting.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan and the app does not work on your system due to a technical problem that our support team cannot fix, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email livetogifting@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 311 4309544.
Include the email address of your Live to Earn account and a short description of the problem.
Give our support team a chance to resolve the issue first — most problems are fixed within a day.

We will review your request and let you know our decision within 1–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and payment provider.

3. What Is Not Refundable

Renewal payments — you can cancel any time before renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after the first purchase.
Actions taken by third-party platforms — for example a TikTok account restriction or a game-related issue — since these are outside our control.
Not earning the income you expected. Gifts and earnings depend entirely on your viewers (see our Disclaimer).
Accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not remove access immediately. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan and your event setups are kept.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your refund rights are those in effect on the date of your purchase, and nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.
